There are these places you go sometimes that shine from light and natural beauty. I've walked in hole in the wall shops in the French Quarter and admired the glittery decor hanging on the cracked and dusted bricks of the wall. Some places don't have to try to be beautiful, they just are. It's in these places I draw my inspiration for stories I write, I fall in love with the character of places. New Orleans is a personal favorite of mine, the way the old mixes with the coming new styles, or the way the mist reaches out like a hand over the dark Mississippi river water. I spend my free time capturing places you not only visit in person, your soul connects to the spot.
